Abstract Due to their advantages such as high tensile strength, low cost of production, easy manufacturing methods, and ease use, cementitious materials are extensively utilized in the construction industry. The applications nanomaterials have been found enhance properties. It allows molecular changes improve material behaviour performance civil infrastructure structures, including buildings highways. Owing ductility polyvinyl alcohol-engineered composites (ECCs), it was suggested be used steel-reinforced structural elements strength components. presence hybrid fibres provided increased shattering resistance with decreased scabbing, spalling, destruction, damage zone better absorption energy through distributed microcracking. ECCs modifies its atomic macroscopic scales, enhancing mechanical microstructural versatile properties offer immense potential composite for applications.
